Blackbrook Country Sports is a new club founded in 2017 to provide a tailor made facility for a number of different target sports. Situated between Birmingham, Tamworth and Lichfield the ground is set in 80 acres of woodland, has a good access, parking for around 180 cars and currently provides facilities for air rifle and clay target shooting. The club is in continuous development with new facilities being added and the ranges being extended on an ongoing basis.
The club facilities currently available are:
- Air Rifle:
- Three undercover plinking ranges, one with full central heating, totalling 54 lanes
- 15 lane outdoor plinking range.
- Four permanent, Field Target and Hunter Field Target courses which are changed regularly
- Permanent zeroing range marked out to 55yards
- 12 lane HFT/FT set up/zeroing range.
- Dive bottle filling station
- Clay shooting:
- 'Plug and play' 5 stand sporting layout
- Coaching and corporate or group events
- Training area with a veriety of targets to meet the needs of all types of shooters, from novice to seasoned pro
- All group sizes from one to 40+ welcome
